Roger began his career with the GUHSD at Granite Hills High School in 1967, where he was hired to develop a new Special Education program. He served as the Department Chair for the 23 teachers and aides of the department for 6 years prior to retiring in 2004. Roger served on the Grossmont Education Association (GEA) Board, and was President of the Grossmont/La Mesa/Spring Valley Uniserve. Roger has been a member of GSFCU since September 1967 and was elected as a Director on the Board in 2007.
