How to Sell a House

Save on the standard 6% sales commission – House Rebate only charges 4.5% when you follow this simple Five-Step Process :

  1. Contact House Rebate for a free home valuation – they will visit your property and recommend a price range based on the inspection and the sales comparables.
  2. House Rebate will prepare the listing agreement and provide all regulatory disclosures.
  3. House Rebate will post your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), advertise the property, hold open houses for the public and special open houses just for agents, prepare a marketing flyer, set up Lock Box Installation and place a quality “For Sale” sign on the property.
  4. When offers are received, House Rebate will work to negotiate the best price, terms and conditions with you for your acceptance
  5. Once an offer is accepted, House Rebate will manage the entire remaining process – From opening escrow to final handing over the keys!
