Two seats on the Grossmont Schools FCU Board of Directors are open for election at the next Annual Membership Meeting, to be held at the credit union on Tuesday, February 18, 2014. GSFCU bylaws require a minimum of two members to be nominated for each open seat on the Board. Nominations can also be made by petition from members.
Any member who is interested in running for a Board position should contact the Nominating Committee directly. A Board Volunteer Application is available here or you may pick one up in our branch office.
The deadline to submit nominations and petitions is
Monday, November 18, 2013. All nominations must include a signed certificate from the nominee stating that he or she will serve if elected. Printed ballots will be sent to all members in January 2014. Should there only be one nominee for each of the
two seats, there will NOT be an election by ballot, and no nominations from the floor will be accepted at the Annual Meeting.
